Perfect Love Dives Out Fear

There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. — 1 John 4:18 

Celebrating My Final Chemo 2020

One of my friends was diagnosed with breast cancer recently.

What an upheaval.

A rollercoaster ride of emotions.

And some fear.

But God's love provides an undercurrent of calm even in the midst of turmoil.

My prayer is that she will feel that reassurance covering her during all of the tests and uncertainty.

That God will give her and her medical team wisdom to know and prescribe the best treatments for her.

And that the cancer will be wiped completely from her as a result.

Through it all that God would be glorified and that her faith would grow stronger.

God's perfect love casts out fear.

Even our fears of the unknown.
