He Has Given Us New Birth

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.  — 1 Peter 1:3 

Last week Abby and I went to the zoo.

We saw several baby animals.

And we saw lots of active animals.

Here's the new baby giraffe.

He was just four weeks old.

He was enjoying being with the other giraffes as they were eating.

We also saw a baby hippo swimming with his mom.

A fun mother-daughter day to see the animal families.
