All the Earth Sings Praise

All the earth bows down to you; they sing praise to you, they sing the praises of your name. — Psalm 66:4

Our Ohio friends also sent us this photo of the beautiful lilacs nearby.

All the earth bows down to God.

They sing praise to Him and so do we.

The earth sings the praises of God's name.

The flowers, birds, and hills join together.

Today we'll attend a prayer service for the people of Ukraine.

We'll hear from our pastor's daughter, who was just there with Samaritan's purse, helping to assign medical staff to various parts of the country.

We'll sing God's praises that He provides, even in the midst of war.

We'll bow down to Him with humility.

Singing Praise

All the earth bows down to you; they sing praise to you, they sing the praises of your name.—Psalm 66:4

Yesterday I sang "The Gospel of Grace" by Mark Hayes for our worship service.

Our accompanist, Rodney, did an awesome job with the piano accompaniment, which is beautiful.

It felt really good to discover that my breath support was still there, even after six chemo treatments.

God is amazing and has really blessed me.

Abby and I went for a walk together that evening, and I was panting my way up the hills near our house.

We walked for a little over a mile and it really felt good.

Today our choir director asked me to consider being the alto section leader beginning in September.

Now I need to decide if I'm ready to give up my monthly book club to take on this new role.

I'm flattered just to be asked!
