Happy New Year!

After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. — Revelation 7:9

As we start the new year, we look forward to the day when we will gather before the Lord.

This passage is amazing!

We will gather with people from ever nation, tribe, people, and language.

A complete mix of races and nations including people from every tribe and language around the world.

Even those who don't know the Lord yet, will be gathered on that day.

Standing before the throne and before the Lamb.

Bowing down together and worshipping Him.

Happy new year!

Alive in Christ

In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus. — Romans 6:11

Since Easter, we have been celebrating Jesus' resurrection.

He died but came alive again and now lives in heaven with God.

We have been born again with Christ.

We are dead to sin.

At the same time, we are live to God in Jesus.

What a marvelous mystery!

Because Jesus lives, I can face tomorrow.

Because I know he holds the future.

And life is worth the living just because Christ lives!

Count the Stars

Look now toward heaven, and count the stars if you are able to number them. — Genesis 15:4

God created the heaven and the earth.

He created the seasons and time.

He placed each star in the sky.

He knows the number of hairs on my head.

God has created us and knew us by name before we were even born.

When I look toward heaven, the moon and the stars that God has created, what is man that he is mindful of me?
