His Words Had Authority

Then he went down to Capernaum, a town in Galilee, and on the Sabbath he taught the people. They were amazed at his teaching, because his words had authority. — Luke 4:31-32

Jesus taught with authority.

After all, He was and is the Son of God.

He is the Word and the Light of the World.

The people were amazed at his teaching.

Because the words Jesus said had authority.
