Listening to the Word of God

One day as Jesus was standing by the Lake of Gennesaret, the people were crowding around him and listening to the word of God.   — Luke 5:1

People crowded around Jesus to hear God's word.

He spoke to them by the lake.

I enjoy listening to God's Word.

And reading it.

Each time I read a passage, it seems to have application for my life in different ways.

It is living and active.
